Capitol Vial specializes in manufacturing a variety of flip- top containers used in dairy testing, specimen collection and transport for drugs-of-abuse testing, environmental water sampling, and quality-control sample storage. Capitol Vial’s patented injection-molding process closes the lid “in the mold” while the plastic is still hot and before it is fully set, producing sterile, leak-proof, airtight containers. All vials are molded from food-grade polypropylene in an FDA-inspected facility. Our vials range in size from 0.5 oz to 10 oz and feature standard flip tops, lock seal or chain of custody closures. We manufacture custom urine and hair collection kits for drugs-of-abuse testing labs. We also make and service equipment to automatically aliquot urine samples at the lab and grind and wash used vials. Our newest addition is Snappies, an innovative all-in-one solution for collection, storage and feeding of expressed breast milk.
